Who are we?
Apart of Me is a UK-registered charity with a global reach - on a mission to give millions of young people all over the world the power to get through their darkest moments. Our aim is to prevent mental health problems developing as a result of grief and trauma. We blend cutting-edge design with world-leading clinical expertise, and we co-design all our products and services with young people, ensuring their effectiveness.
What do we aim to do?

Pioneering early intervention and prevention strategies in youth mental health.
Delivering youth-centred programmes like Guide Me in schools. In Enfield schools, we meet with young people over six weeks to explore their grief and how they can help themselves to help others. Through Guide Me, young people become compassionate leaders and ambassadors—our Guides. These Guides provide peer mentoring to others in their school experiencing grief, loss, and loneliness.
Amplifying youth voices, empowering them to shape a more compassionate world.
Celebrating the power of broken-open hearts as our shared vulnerability becomes our collective strength.
Through these actions, we strive to break intergenerational cycles of unresolved grief and trauma, laying the groundwork for a more connected and compassionate world.
