Encouraging people from BAME backgrounds to be able to be an influence in their community.

Aim:

Our mission is to increase the proportion of children growing up with involved, responsible fathers and male role models

How:

We achieve this by supporting and providing adolescent boys, fathers and their families with mentorship, information, advice and guidance that will enhance their personal, social and economic well-being. We engage fathers and listen to their needs then provide support, training and awareness.

The local government sector is in danger of becoming unattractive to young people, especially from a BAME background.

Every local authority has a responsibility to nurture and develop the diverse talent
of today and to create the most inclusive and representative leadership possible.

Father 2 Father run an online event called Walk This Way. Walk this Way seeks to create a platform which will inspire those within the local community to take up influencial positions to drive positive change and represent and reflect the communities they serve.

Other popular group programmes we run include:
1. Boy Genius
2. Informed Parents
3. Men chat Too
