Who are we?

1. their ability to think and act strategically, and
2. the development of their multiple intelligences.
This programme will be lead by the company's director, Mr T Offe-Amoyaw, an experienced lawyer and personal development expert, who grew up in Tottenham within a single parent household.
What do we aim to do?
This specific Involgize programme offers young boys between the ages of 11 and 18 from disadvantaged backgrounds a unique method of learning how to read, which empowers them to accelerate their studying and self-development. It is expected that the programme will have the following desired outcomes:
• Increase literacy ability
• Increase reading proficiency and rate
• Develop strategies for increasing vocabulary
• Develop confidence with oracy
• Improve digital literacy
• Establish libraries as a source of inspiration
• Inspire and support the development and mastery of leadership qualities
• Inspire and support cultural and creative enrichment through reading
• Inspire and support self-development leading to healthier, happier, stronger, and more prosperous lives
How do we work?
The reading program begins with the establishment of a professional relationship of trust through the sharing of a reading journey from someone who has overcome adversity through reading. The idea of reading strategically in order to gain autonomy over your own life through expanding your knowledge, and reflecting on learning, is woven throughout all sessions.
An inspectional approach to reading is taught and practiced. This develops into analytical reading, weekly planning and continuous accelerated personal development.
