Who are we?
Enfield’s Professional Learning service is based on a relationships first approach. We believe that community is at the heart of success for teachers and for students and their families. We are a small but dynamic team of educators whose combined time in education totals over 60 years!
What do we aim to do?
Bring the highest quality professional learning to the schools of Enfield. We have expanded our menu to include categories such as Educator Wellbeing and Pastoral and Student Wellbeing. All of our professional learning is intended to support all adults working in all schools to enable the best possible outcomes for all students.
How do we work?
We have strong channels of communication with our schools and have processes for feedback, requests and nominations for professional learning input from within schools. We are committed to working closely with Nexus to support in any way possible strong positive relationships between staff and students. This includes seeking out and commissioning the highest quality professional learning, working closely with all providers to meet the needs of our schools and bring innovative and effective pedagogy to improve life chances for all students.
