From 3pm to 5pm…

Who are we?

NEXUS 325 is a project that engages young people from 3pm to 5pm. This period has a high risk of youth violence/crime and by providing activities in this period, young people can stay safe while learning new skills.

What do we aim to do?

NEXUS 325 aims to engage targeted young people through extra-curricular activities to reduce their risk. Clubs are identified through surveys by young people, ensuring they are heard empowered in skills they are interested in. The overall aim is to reduce youth violence between 3pm and 5pm and reintegrating marginalised young people into the heart of their school and community.

How do we work?

NEXUS 325 advocates for schools and other organisations to create after-school clubs based on research. Surveys have been sent out to schools (with over 1000 forms completed currently) to research what young people want in Enfield. Currently, cookery and baking is the top pick for after-school clubs.
