Who are we?
Currently, council land and buildings that are surplus to requirements which end up on the disposals list for sale are sold by independent agents. Many members of our local community may not understand the process of purchasing Enfield Council’s real estate or accessing professionals like architects etc. attached to this industry.
What do we aim to do?
To make buildings and land on the local authority’s disposal list more available and accessible for purchase by the community
To ensure that the community are better informed on the opportunities and processes required to purchase land/buildings in Enfield.
