Who are we?
We are an award-winning social enterprise with ground-breaking statistics on violence reduction empowering youth & adults alike, which has touched over 14,000 lives since our inception.
What do we aim to do?
Our flagship program Aspire is a high impact violence reduction and holistic personal development program designed to change behaviour traits & negative mindsets. All the programs run by the enterprise are accredited through AQA and are a refined system of training & development in helping young people and young adults develop important skills such as leadership, communication, team working, presentation, high risk conflict resolution, violence reduction, personal development and problem solving. We recognise that these are some of the essential keys to success. They open doors to learning, to life in addition to work. They are a platform on which to build employability skills and the gateway to future well-being and prosperity.
How do we work?
We use advanced coaching methodologies combined with crime prevention workshops, trauma therapy through creative art and music, motivational strategies, high level conflict resolution, non-aggressive knife defence, one-to-one coaching & violence prevention. The program builds confidence and self-esteem, while inspiring the participants to engage in education, training, and employment.
The enterprise now supplies a two set DVD series, personal development self-study workbook & telephone based therapeutic & coaching sessions and has the potential to reach many more via a digital platform. The enterprise works across the full education sector covering programs within schools, colleges, PRUS, prisons, consultative services for parents, wrap around services, INSET training & training of professionals who work with youth at risk.
